Our Returns Policy

Parent happiness is at the center of everything we do. So when it comes to your experience with your Mimo, if you're not happy, we'll try to make returns and refunds as easy as possible. Our policy is simple.
If you don't love your Mimo, feel free to return it to us within six (6) months of the purchase date, along with your receipt of purchase. We'll issue you a full refund regardless of whether you purchased directly from us, or from one of our retail partners.
A few important things to note:
  • Unfortunately, for those returns without a receipt, we're unable to provide a refund. Mimo products are sold throughout North America, so we need to ensure proper credit with the appropriate retailer.
  • If the kit(s) returned are incomplete, we won't be able to refund that/those kits.
