If you’re noticing that your Lilypad keeps disconnecting over the course of the night - i.e., you’re seeing red lights on the bottom of the Lilypad, even though you’ve already configured it to your home’s network - give these quick tips a try, and if you’re still experiencing issues, don’t hesitate to give us a call (877.415.6466) and we’re happy to help.
- Power cycle the Lilypad - unplug it from the wall, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. The Lilypad may just need a quick reset to right it again.
- Try moving the Lilypad closer to the router for a few hours or one night, and seeing if that makes a difference in terms of connectivity.
- Reset your router by unplugging it from the wall and plugging it back in.
